If for any reason, other than manufacturer's defect and/or Warranty Claims,
you are not satisfied with the product(s) you acquire, you may request a
Return Authorization within 30-days of purchase and receive a
refund, an in-store credit, or exchange (less original outbound shipping) at the
discretion of Wilde-Ideas™, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy
(below). No returns will be accepted beyond 30-days from date of purchase.
Warranty Claims
are to be filed with the appropriate manufacturer. As an added service, and upon
request, Wilde-Ideas™ will be happy to assist our customers with warranty-related
issues, acting as liaison between manufacturer and client.
EZ Return & Exchange Policy:
1. If the merchandise is defective or does not perform to your expectations, please
do not return the merchandise without first talking to Wilde-Ideas™
Customer Care and/or a representative from the manufacturer. If your merchandise
is defective, it would be handled under a Manufacturer's
Warranty Claim. Wilde-Ideas™ will be more than happy to assist you in
any way to facilitate this process.
2. Returns are accepted only if pre-authorized by using our email EZ
Return Request Form or by contacting Customer
Care by phone, fax or mail. No unauthorized returns will be accepted and will
be returned, freight collect, to the "Sender".
3. The EZ Return Authorization Number (RA#) we issue must
appear on the return shipping label, or it will be returned, freight collect,
to the "Sender". Wilde-Ideas™ provides a convenient pre-printed
return shipping label with the RA Number already included. If using a return shipping
label other than that provided by Wilde-Ideas™, please address your return
shipping label as follows:

4.The "Sender" agrees to pay return shipping costs including
Loss/Damage Insurance equal to the replacement value of the merchandise
being returned. Uninsured return shipments are at the risk of "Sender"
and refunds will not be issued on uninsured return shipments that are either lost
or damaged in transit.
5. All returns are subject to our physical inspection. The merchandise being
returned must be in re- sellable condition, in its original packaging, and free
of damage. Any parts and manuals must be included and must be in their original
condition. Use of supplies and materials included with product(s) ordered, absence
of manuals, parts, and/or damage to packaging will be deducted from the amount
refunded, and at the sole discretion of Wilde-Ideas™. Wilde-Ideas™
reserves the right to apply all refunds in the manner of its choosing (i.e. In-Store
Credits, Credit Memo, Company Check, PayPal "Send Money", or application
of the appropriate refund to the credit card on file.
6. EZ Return Authorizations (RA's) are valid for ten (15) days from the date
issued. Returned merchandise received after this 15-day period will be refused
and returned freight collect to "Sender".
7. Wilde-Ideas™ will apply the original purchase price, less any Promotional
Volume Discounts (when applicable), less the original outbound shipping cost,
or the cost above and beyond the $4.95 Flat Rate (when applicable), less a 10%
restocking fee (does not apply to exchanges or in-store credits) to your refund,
exchange, or in-store credit at the discretion of Wilde-Ideas™.

By activating the EZ Return Authorization (RA) and returning said merchandise,
"Sender" agrees to all terms and conditions of our Return & Exchange
Policy as stated herein. Wilde-Ideas™ will promptly issue approved EZ Return
Authorizations via email with complete instructions and a convenient pre-addressed
return shipping label.
