Wilde-Ideas™' order fulfillment rates are consistently high. However, when a backorder occurs we proactively communicate the Order Status via email and offer our customers the following four (4) options:

1. Hold the Order for Future Delivery: We will gladly hold your order "quot; and ship all items immediately upon receipt of our next shipment from our vendor(s). We include a predicted ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA) from our vendor(s) to give our customers a reasonable idea as to when they can anticipate the backordered items(s) will be shipped.
2. Partial "IN STOCK" Shipment: We will gladly ship "IN STOCK" items immediately and ship the backordered item(s) upon future receipt from our vendor(s). We do not automatically backorder items for prepaid secondary deliveries. If our customers elect to have us ship their order in multiple shipments based upon availability from our vendor(s), we will gladly do so, but UPS or USPS charges will apply to each separate shipment. (Note: Shipping charges will not apply to FREE SHIPPING offers as long as the qualified promotional items for the FREE SHIPPING offer were ordered during the promotional period.)
3. Ship "IN STOCK" Items ONLY - Cancel Backorders: We will gladly ship currently available "IN STOCK" items and CANCEL the backordered items and issue a full refund for unshipped items.
4. Order Cancellation: If none of these fulfillment options (#1, #2, or #3) are suitable, our customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund.

Upon email notification of their Order Status, our customers can decide their preferences.
