I have been doing business either online or by mail order heavily for the last 6 or 7 years. I have never done business with someone who so thoroughly communicated with me. I also have never experienced the level of professionalism as well as true customer concern as I did from Wilde-Ideas. As if that was not enough, I recieved my order in record time! I had heard they sold Xyron cartridges at a great price. Not only do they have everything you could want in stock, and the best prices around, but the customer service is the BEST. They get back to you lighning fast with an answer and they don't treat you like you are imposing on them. I always check here first now when I am looking for anything - Wilde-Ideas is truly a "one stop shop" for all your scrapbooking, stamping and crafting needs. I ordered a cutting board and hand held cutter and blades (/spacer.gif). It is a fantastic cutter! I was previously using a Boston rotary trimmer and the blade got dull, they did replace the blade for me, but it didn't cut the paper, it tore it. YUCK! So have been searching for a good cutter. I do rubber stamping and a good cutter is essential. Anyway, back to the order, I ordered it on the 18th and received it on the 19th. WAY TO GO!!!
